Danae was great to work with. This was by far the fastest and easiest property purchase we have ever experienced. We reached out to Krantz and Associates on a Monday, Danae contacted us later that day and inquired about what we were looking for. The following day, Danae sent a list of properties that fit our wants, but there was one in particular that she felt was right for us. She said we would need to act fast because it wouldn’t last on the market long. We set up a time on Wednesday to see it and by Thursday morning we put in an offer to purchase, competing with another buyer. Thanks to Danae’s knowledge and guidance, our offer was accepted.
